Dispersing under vacuum

With the Dispermill® Vacuum kit the dispersion process takes place in a closed system under vacuum. This prevents air from being drawn into the product, which is essential for viscous products such as sealants, glues, gels and colorants where air bubbles affect both quality and appearance.

Created for you

The kit consists of a single-walled vacuum vessel and a high-quality aluminium lid, fitted with a vacuum gauge and a vacuum valve. The lid has one product inlet porthole and two inspection windows, so the process can be monitored at all times. LED lighting in the lid is available as an option.

Application

The Vacuum kit is available for vessels of 5, 8, 15, 20 and 50 litres and fits the Dispermill® Discovery 100, 200 and 300 as well as the X-Proof FR075, FR150 and FR220 (ATEX) laboratory dissolvers.
